One Hundred Years of Poppies, 1914 to 2014 Paintings by Robert Gould  Detail of “100 Poppies Painted 6 times” Oil on Panel 24" x 32" Robert Gould is presenting paintings coinciding with the one hundredth anniversary of the start of World War One. The paintings represent a reimagining of the passing of 100 years depicted in plant forms which mark out yearly cycles of growth and death.
